Mago ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how Mago collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the App.

01 - Age Restriction
Mago is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old.
Users under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the App.
If we discover an account that violates this requirement, we may suspend or delete the account and related information.
02 - Information We Collect
Account Information
We may collect:
Username; Profile photo; Email address; Login information; Birthday or age; Profile information provided by users.
User Content and Community Information
When using Mago, users may create or upload:
Magic performance videos; Photos; Posts; Text content; Comments; Likes; Follows; Saved content; Other community interactions.
Public content may be visible to other users according to product features.
Communication Information
When users use private messaging features, Mago may process:
Message delivery information; Communication records necessary to provide messaging services; Information necessary to determine whether messaging features are available; Reports related to communications.
Users may report inappropriate messages and block other users through available in-app safety features.
Mago does not use private messages for advertising purposes.
AI Assistant Information
Mago provides an AI Assistant feature powered by our internal AI system.
When using AI Assistant, Mago may process:
User questions and prompts; Conversation history; AI interaction records.
AI Assistant data is used to provide magic ideas, performance suggestions, practice guidance, and creative inspiration.
03 - AI Assistant Data Processing
Mago AI Assistant is powered exclusively by our internal AI system.
No Third-Party AI:
User messages, prompts, and AI conversations are not shared with third-party AI providers.
AI interaction data is processed only to provide AI Assistant features, improve service reliability, prevent abuse, maintain platform security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Mago does not use users' AI prompts or conversation content to train AI models without the user's explicit consent.
AI responses are generated for creative inspiration, learning support, and general guidance only.
AI Assistant responses should not be considered professional, medical, legal, or other professional advice.
AI interaction records are retained only as long as necessary to provide AI features, improve reliability, prevent misuse, or comply with legal obligations.
When an account is deleted, AI interaction records will also be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law.
04 - Device and Usage Information
We may collect:
Device model; Operating system; App version; IP address; Usage logs; Crash reports; Security-related information.
This information helps maintain app stability, improve performance, and protect user accounts.
05 - Camera, Photo Library, and Microphone Access
Mago may request access to:
Camera
Used when users choose to capture photos or record magic performance videos for posts and community sharing.
Photo Library
Used when users choose to upload selected photos or videos for magic posts or profile content.
Microphone
Used when users choose to record videos with audio.
Users may manage these permissions through their device settings.
06 - Purchase Information
When users purchase Coins or digital features, Mago may collect:
Purchase records; Transaction status; Digital item information.
Payments are securely processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Mago does not store payment card information.
Virtual Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between users.
Digital features are available only for use within Mago and have no cash redemption value.
07 - How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Provide magic learning and community features; Enable users to share magic performances and creative content; Provide private messaging features; Provide AI Assistant services; Deliver purchased digital features; Process In-App Purchases; Improve app performance and user experience; Maintain community safety; Detect abuse, fraud, and security risks; Provide customer support; Comply with legal obligations.
08 - Anonymous Access
Mago does not support anonymous use of account-based features.
Account registration is required for features such as:
Publishing content; Private messaging; Community interactions; AI Assistant access; Premium features.
09 - Information Sharing
Mago does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We do not share AI conversation data with third-party AI providers.
Information may only be shared:
With user consent; With service providers necessary to operate the App; When required by applicable laws; To protect the safety, rights, and security of Mago and its users.
Service providers may only process information necessary to provide their services.
10 - User Content (UGC) and Community Safety
Users retain ownership of the content they upload.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws and community guidelines.
Magic videos, photos, posts, and comments shared publicly may be viewed, liked, commented on, or followed by other users.
Mago provides reporting and blocking features to help maintain a safe and respectful community environment.
Users must not upload or share content that:
Contains illegal activities; Contains sexually explicit material; Promotes violence, hate, harassment, or discrimination; Contains scams, spam, or impersonation; Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights; Violates another person's privacy; Encourages dangerous acts, unsafe stunts, or behavior that may cause serious physical harm.
11 - Data Security
Mago uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
12 - Data Retention
Mago retains personal information only for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain account and transaction records, protect platform security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
When information is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable law.
13 - User Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information and manage device permissions.
Users may exercise available account and privacy controls through the App settings or by contacting us.
14 - Account Deletion
Users may delete their account through:
Settings > Account > Delete Account
After deletion:
Personal information may be deleted or anonymized; User-generated content may be removed or processed according to applicable policies; AI interaction records may be deleted or anonymized; Unused Coins or purchased digital features may no longer be available.
Some information may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or other legitimate purposes.
15 - Changes to This Privacy Policy
Mago may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The updated version becomes effective once published within the App.
